After an extensive search spanning 6-weeks and trialing 20 different on-air combinations, Grant Broadcasters announce the newest addition to the Zinc 96 family on the Gympie and Cooloola/ Sunshine Coast is Ali Plath.
 
Ali comes to the business with a wealth of experience, having worked in Hobart, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. 
 
With 4 kids of her own and a newly minted granddaughter, Ali has a depth of life experience and after having some time out from radio, Ali says “I’m beyond ecstatic to have this opportunity with Zinc 96 on my home turf in South East Queensland.  I feel super lucky to have scored Bilkoas my next playmate. He’s super experienced, and is a walking radio encyclopedia.”
 
Zinc 96 Content Director, Chris Ivers, said “Bilkohas been with the station for 12 years and the audience love him.  Now we have Ali joining him, I’m looking forward to working with them both to give the local audience a great show to start their day.”
