All Eyes on PM Dinner, Hosted by Jones

There will be plenty of interested onlookers tonight in Sydney at John Howard’s 30th anniversary dinner, which will be hosted by 2GB’s Alan Jones.

While the breakfast presenter was locked in for the engagement long before the David Flint controversy broke, the lavish dinner will attract wider interest than solely the Prime Minister’s celebration of 30 years in Federal Parliament.

The $275 a head fundraiser at the Hordern Pavilion will be attended by more than 1200 guests, during which Jones’ 2GB colleague, Ray Hadley, will conduct an auction.

It’s understood John Laws was not invited, while it’s not known if Professor Flint – a devoted Howard admirer – will attend.
