Friday March 8, 2024 was the last day at the ABC presenting Queensland’s Country Hour for Arlie Fenton-Taylor and Amy Phillips.

Both women were from the bush, with Phillips growing up on a property near Weengallon in southern Queensland, where her parents remain on a grain and cattle property and Fenton Taylor from Kynuna in FNQ.

Fenton-Taylor said on X that their last show was 20 years to the day since her first with the ABC.
