  • Heating Up: Beyonce’s ‘Cuff It’ debuts at No. 24

  • Big Mover: Tom Grennan’s ‘All These Nights’ improves by 61 spins

Beyonce delivers another Top 40 single on the AirCheck National Radio Airplay Chart with new cut ‘Cuff It’ debuting at No. 24. CADA and Nova were the standout supporters, collectively offering up over 70% of the 277 weekly spins.

Elton John secures his second No. 1 single of 2022 with ‘Hold Me Closer’ alongside Britney Spears. It’s a milestone for Elton and Britney who have both returned to the forefront of Top 40 radio after dominating the airwaves in decades past.

‘Hold Me Closer’ closed the week at 878 spins, a slight improvement on the previous seven days (+0.9). It was enough to leapfrog Nicky Youre & Dazy’s ‘Sunroof’ (No. 2), Harry Styles’ ‘Late Night Talking’ (No. 3) and Post Malone & Doja Cat’s ‘I Like You’ (No. 4), which all lost ground this week.

Tom Grennan’s ‘All These Nights’ surges to No. 35 with a gain of +35.3%. Nineteen stations contributed spins, including Hot Tomato (21), Wave FM (21) and K Rock (18). Grennan’s previous single ‘Remind Me’ peaked at No. 16 back in June.
