Katoomba’s Blu FM have announced their inaugural Electronic Music Competition, which sets out to capture the diversity of the growing electronic music scene and unearth the talents of electronic music producers.

The competition is open to all creators of electronic music who live in NSW, regardless of genre, and is a great opportunity for those composing on a home or studio computer to get their material heard.

Blu FM will compile a sampler featuring the winning and commended tracks for distribution to community radio stations nationally, as well as playing works by entrants on Blu FM.

Prizes include six hours mixing time at Sound Heaven Studios, Music Master Professional computer software from Datasonics and a bundle of CDs and tee shirt from Elefant Traks.
