Brandel contemplates legal action on NT News allegations

Darwin’s Mix FM and Hot 100 program director Phil Brandel is seeking legal advice on a story published in The Northern Territory News that accuses him of being behind “a bogus Facebook page used to slag off other Northern Territory media outlets.

The NT News gossip column article says a facebook page, created in the name of Claudia White has been used to post derogatory comments about various NT media outlets.


NT News alleges that it caught Brandel out when a derogatory text was sent from his phone in the name of Claudia White.

Brandel has told radioinfo he has been advised not to comment because legal advice is being sought.

 

radioinfo has requested comment from Grant Broadcasters about the matter, but has not received a reply at this time.
