Brendan Annakin leaves Brisbane behind and heads to Sydney

Brendan Annakin  returns to Triple M Sydney to host afternoons from 12pm-4pm.

After setting out as a panel op and assistant producer on Merrick and the Highway Patrol in 2012 in Sydney, Brendo made his way to Brisbane in 2014 to take over afternoons.

He then went onto anchor Triple M Brisbane breakfast from mid-2015 until the end of 2019 working with the likes of Ed Kavalee, Lawrence Mooney and Nick Cody over the years.

Originating from Sydney’s south west, Brendo is stoked to return home and along with hosting afternoons he will be involved with operations and writing for the station.

Brendo says, “Two things you should know about me: I love Sydney and I love music. What a thrill to be able to turn the early morning alarm off, come back home and spin rock’s greatest hits.”
