It takes a brave Executive Producer to set up his own breakfast duo and catch them by surprise. But Clint Drieberg, Brig and Lehmo’s EP at Melbourne’s GOLD 104.3 decided to surprise them with a visit by the Australian cast of The Lion King and got away with it. Who wouldn’t?

Getting them all into the studio was was a bit of a squeeze but did little to dampen their enthusiasm to sing the hit musical’s showstopper, Circle of Life. 

This cast has form when it comes to spontaneous singing. They recently burst in to song on a plane over Brisbane. The clip has reached 18 million views on YouTube.

Clint who got goose bumps said, “It was breathtaking to stand in the studio and feel the heart and soul of this song. Lehmo almost cried too!”

After finishing its long run in Sydney the show is opening at Melbourne’s Regents Theatre in February.
