Bubbly at breakfast for ABC702 crew

Staff at ABC702’s breakfast show were pleasantly surprised this week when ABC Managing Director Russell Balding turned up at their studio on Tuesday morning with bottles of champagne.

The presentation was to recognise the fact that the 702 breakfast team topped their target 40-54 demographic in Sydney.

The small token of success was appreciated by the breakfast team, and is an indication of how Balding is letting his staff know he understands more than just figures and accounts in the organisation he now runs.
