Bulmer Quits Triple M Breakfast

After a long absence from the breakfast show, Triple M host, Tanya Bulmer, has decided to move on.

Bulmer says that her health is a key factor in leaving, but the decision was an extremely difficult one.

“I really enjoyed the challenges that breakfast radio presented, but returning to it just wasn’t possible and, sadly, I’ve decided to resign.

“I’ve fallen in love with Brisbane and will remain a Brisbane resident.”

Triple M General Manager, Richard Barker, says since joining them 10 months ago, Bulmer – who is noted for her unconventional culinary prowess – became an integral part of the breakfast team and she’ll be missed.

“Tanya was always good for a laugh and wasn’t frightened to make fun at herself. She will be remembered here for her cooking tips and, in particular, her tropical mince recipe – the Triple M kitchen won’t be the same without her!

“On a more serious note, though, we appreciated that a person’s well being is top priority. We understand her decision to leave and wish her every success in the future.”

Triple M has not started looking for a replacement to join Greg “Fat Cat” Ritchie and Greg “Marto” Martin.
