Triple M Sydney’s Chris Page was open about his four-week absence from the breakfast show, telling his co-hosts “I have been in a rehab facility for alcohol addiction”.
Pagey was open about the month away, saying “It’s not junkies and whackos and freaks in rehab, it is normal people, like you and me, all walks of life. It is completely normal people who have just let something, drug or alcohol or gambling, they’ve just let it slide and just over time, it’s gotten out of control and they’ve said ‘you know what, I just need to circuit break, I need to get in here and take care of this now’.”
He says he is now in a really good place and the best he has ever been.
