Coldplay & BTS are on top of the world with ‘My Universe’: AirCheck

Coldplay and K-pop superstars BTS have teamed up to debut at No. 23 on the latest National Radio Airplay Chart. ‘My Universe’ was added to five additional outlets this week, garnering a total of 315 spins. ARN’s KIIS threw a ton of support behind ‘My Universe’, adding 34 spins in Sydney and 31 in Melbourne.

It’s impossible to ignore the growing popularity of country artist Walker Hayes. Radio is taking kindly to his latest single ‘Fancy Like’ with 352 spins across all dayparts, boosting the track to a new peak at No. 21. The single is being played by a range of formats including CHR, Hot AC, AC and even talk radio.

In a year that is being defined by high-flying remixes, Clean Bandit’s rework of the Whitney Houston classic ‘How Will I Know’ is moving up the charts. Improving its spin count by +56.8%, the track was one of the biggest movers of the week. Only Coldplay & BTS (+115.8%) managed a larger increase in spins.
