Kyle & Jackie O‘s newsreader Emma Duxbury finishes up at 2Day FM today. She will be replaced by Tim Davies.

Ugly Phil O’Neil is back! Again! He’ll be starting with Triple M Brisbane on June 3, as their new arvo’s Workday Announcer 1-4pm.

Alan Jones has decided to hitch his wagon to 2GB for another two years much to the delight of MRN’s shareholders, of which he is one. Jones has been doing breakfast on the station since 2002 and has 82 consecutive survey wins.

APN News & Media Limited has announced the appointment of Anne Templeman-Jones as a non-executive Director. APN Chairman, Peter Cosgrove, said: “Anne’s experience and skill sets will be invaluable to the Board. Her expertise in strategy, finance and banking, risk management, compliance, and governance will both strengthen and add diversity to the Board.”

Nick Slater will join the Melbourne production team as Network Imaging Producer on Monday 3 June. Most recently Nick was Assistant Imaging Producer for Nova 106.9 in Brisbane, having first joined dmg Radio in 2010 as Commercial Producer for Nova 106.9.

Tim Johnson who was Merrick & Rosso & Kate Ritchie‘s executive producer, before moving to New York in 2008 has landed the big job as producer of a new Morning show on SiriusXM, channel 105 feat. Entertainment Weekly’s Dalton Ross, and Survivor winner Jenna Morasca.
