Conman Dene Broadbelt’s new career in real estate came to an abrupt end this week when a local radio announcer tipped off a NSW South Coast real estate business about his chequered past.

Broadbelt, using his alias Harrison O’Connor, joined the south coast real estate business “after relocating from Western Australia,” according to a staff profile on the company’s website, which has now been removed. He was allocated a number of properties to manage.
