This Thursday Star FM’s breakfast presenters Craig and Mandy are sleeping out at Westfield Tuggerah to raise awareness and funds for Coast Shelter.

The pair promised that listeners could choose what they would sleep on, if donations reached at least $1000.

The listeners pledged more than $1000, so the pair have to sleep rough. Criag will be on bark or mulch and Mandy will sleep on a park bench. To give them a taste of the hardships of being homeless, an alarm clock will also wake them every hour to show them what it’s like not to get a good night’s sleep.
