Multi-platinum singer-songwriter Daniel Seavey lit up the Rooftop at QT in Melbourne last night during an exclusive performance in Nova’s Red Room.
Warming up the crowd was Australian dark-pop talent Oliver Cronin, who brought the energy with a string of his latest hits.

A homegrown highlight came when Cronin invited ARIA-nominated pop artist Charley on stage to perform their track Girl Next Door.
The evening was hosted by Jack Charles from Nova’s The Chrissie Swan Show, who introduced the main act to the stage.
And Daniel made a memorable entrance, weaving through the crowd to the opening bars of his 2024 track Waves, as fans immediately began singing along.
“I think we’re gonna have some fun tonight,” Daniel grinned, before launching into a set that included Sunny Isles, Second Wind and Gateway Drug.
It was Daniel’s first show back following a doctor-ordered delay in his Second Wind Tour, making this Nova’s Red Room performance all the more special.
“What a way to come back,” he said.
One of the standout moments came during a spontaneous live-loop performance, where Daniel took a fan request to cover the Harry Styles song Golden.

Layering drums, keyboard, acoustic and bass guitar, electric cello and vocal harmonies, he built the track live on stage, each instrument played by Daniel himself.
One particularly enthusiastic fan held up a ‘Take your shirt off’ sign for the entire performance. Their persistence was rewarded when Daniel removed his shirt for his final song Other People, sending superfans in the front row into a frenzy.
Daniel will return to Melbourne for his Second Wind tour at The Forum on Tuesday, August 5, before continuing to Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
