dmg Radio Melbourne is in the grip of ‘flipping fever’.

The station’s on-air and behind-the-scenes teams are taking part in this year’s Shrove Tuesday events, run by the Pancake Parlour for International Pancake Day 2013.

The producer of Mike Perso’s Smoothfm 91.5 More Music Breakfast Show, Lauren Saylor, is one of those taking part in the Ladies Pancake Tossing Race, on Tuesday 12 February in the city.

Perso will also take part in The Gentlemen’s Pancake Eating contest on the day at Melbourne Central, against other commercial radio personalities including Nova 100’s Aaron Rich.

That event will be MC’ed by Gold 104.3 morning announcer Craig ‘Huggy’ Huggins.
