This Easter weekend, SCA’s Hit Network is celebrating the past 25 years of our favourite hits.
Across three days from Saturday April 4 to Monday April 6, the Hit Network will count down the Top 300 songs from the Noughties to Now (2000-2026), providing a fitting playlist for the long weekend.
From the Spice Girls to Olivia Wilde, Robbie Williams to Harry Styles, Beyonce to Taylor Swift, which tracks from the last quarter century will emerge as our most loved?
Rolling out across all Hit stations, both metro and regional, The Top 300 from the Noughties to Now is designed to get listeners bopping in their cars for the Easter road trip and hopping all the way through the Easter Egg hunt.
Then, after Easter, Lucy Jackson and Nikki Westcott will be live across the Hit Network for the Drive home from 4pm – 4pm from Tuesday April 7 to Friday April 17.
The duo is normally heard on the Hit Network on Friday nights and Saturday mornings.
Amanda Lee, Head of HIT Metro Content, said: “Easter is one of those special moments where radio really comes into its own, people are on the road, on holidays, or just hanging out with friends and family, and we get to be the soundtrack. The Top 300 from the Noughties to Now is pure feel-good nostalgia, packed with the songs our audience grew up with and still love today.”
“Then straight after Easter, Lucy & Nikki take over Drive bringing their chaos, energy and unfiltered storytelling to drive. They are super fun and lighthearted, providing a kind of escapism for the drive home we are all needing right now.”
