GAYLE has reached the top of the AirCheck National Radio Airplay Chart with smash hit ‘abcdefu’. The song usurped Becky Hill’s ‘My Heart Goes (La Di Da)’ feat. Topic, which drops to No. 2 after one week at the summit.

‘abcdefu’ was the most–played song in Sydney, Melbourne and Wollongong this week, and becomes the fourth single to top the chart so far this year.

Doja Cat earned another debut on the chart with her latest single ‘Woman’. The track added an extra 58 spins (+37.7%) this week, helping it break into the chart at No. 35. Nova stations and The Edge 96.1 provided the bulk of the spins, with triple j, k rock and Wave FM also contributing.

Latto’s ‘Big Energy’ makes its first appearance in the Top 40 at No. 36. Nineteen stations played the song this week, including the Nova and Hit networks. ‘Big Energy’ featured prominently in the Evening with 73 spins (36% of the weekly total).
