The Edge Digital remains at the top of the Sydney market despite dropping 14,000 listeners in the second survey of the year.
The Edge (84,000) leads MMM Greatest Hits (70,000), Coles Radio (64,000) and Urban Hits (61,000).
MMM Classic Rock shed almost half it’s audience, down 45,000 to 49,000 listeners.
In Melbourne Double J is on top with 71,000 listeners, followed by Coles Radio (65,000) with Easy Hits and MMM Classic Rock tied in third spot with 54,000 each
Coles Radio in Brisbane has the biggest audience, down slightly to 51,000, with the 80’s and 90’s iHeartRadio, smooth and OLDSKOOL HITS grouped closely together.
Adelaide’s 90’s iHeartRadio is still on top and up to 38,000, in front of Coles Radio that eased and The 80’s iHeartRadio, both on 20,000.
In Perth OLDSKOOL HITS (38,000) leads smooth and Double J both on 34,000
Nationally Coles Radio had 233,000 listeners in this survey while the MMM stations (Classic Rock, Greatest Hits, Country and Aussie) had a combined audience of 433,000.
The Edge retains its edge in Sydney
