Australian DJ and producer FISHER chatted on The Hit Network’s Carrie & Tommy about the emotional birth of his second child Andi in what he described as “heaven on earth.”

Andi arrived just over a week ago with Darling Shine podcast host wife Chloe Fisher. It was a peaceful birth and a full-circle moment for the couple after Chloe had previously spoken about the trauma of her first delivery with son Bobby.

FISHER said:

“Honestly, it’s how it should be. We were high-fiving, hugging, kissing… she didn’t have to get wheeled off. We had Andi in her arms and Bobby came in. That’s what you dream of.”

The birth with Bobby was like a nightmare… so we went from a nightmare to heaven on earth.”

Carrie Bickmore shared her own experience of nearly dying during childbirth due to haemorrhaging, finding Fisher and Chloe’s story deeply moving.

Fisher also joked about wearing his signature bucket hat during Bobby’s birth, as he had just undergone a hair transplant at the time.
