FIVEaa gears up for annual fundraiser

For a third consecutive year, FIVEaa is holding Radiothon for Variety – the Children’s Charity of South Australia tomorrow.

For 10 hours straight live on air, the FIVEaa announcers will be working towards raising much needed funds for South Australian children who are sick, disadvantaged or who have special needs.

Listeners bid on items live on air from an auction showcase including; an Australian Outdoor Living Swimming Pool package worth more than $40,000, a Quality Catering Event Package at the Adelaide Zoo for 70 people, 4 days in the SA Variety Bash VIP car taking in all the excitement of the 2017 Variety Bash, lunch with Darren Lehmann and Les Burdett at The Strathmore Hotel as well as and a luxury cruise and a spot of fishing with Crows superstar, Eddie Betts and FIVEaa Drive hosts Stephen “Rowey” Rowe and Mark “Bicks” Bickley and much, much more.

The auction will begin at 7am in the FIVEaa Breakfast Show with David Penberthy & Will Goodings and wrap at 5pm with Rowey and Bicks in the FIVEaa Drive Sports Show.
