Zinc 100.7 has backed a campaign to “Bring Pink To Townsville” by organising a flashmob in the centre of the city. Last Saturday’s event attracted close to 120 dancers and around 1,000 spectators – who then stayed for the markets.

The YouTube clip has had around 15,000 views, and is being tweeted by celebrities including Jennifer Hawkins and has even made the Ellen DeGeneres Facebook page – which has some 18 million followers.
