Fourth national community radio survey in the field next month

The fourth Community Radio National Listener Survey begins next month. As with the previous three surveys, McNair Ingenuity will conduct telephone interviews across Australia, asking people about their community radio listening habits.

The community sector is urging all its stations to “make sure your station’s call sign is prominent and frequent in all programming” so that listeners “know who you are and recognise you as a community radio station.”

The research is funded by the CBF from Federal Government funding provided via the Department of DBCDE and by the CBAA.
