It’s been quite the cross country jaunt for the ABC’s James Findlay over the last six months.

Findlay was hosting ABC Northern Territory Afternoons up until October 2023 when he was asked to head to South Australia to look after SA and Broken Hill’s Statewide Drive program while regular host Narelle Graham was on long service leave. Graham has returned, and now Findlay has packed his bags again to join ABC Western Plains, in Dubbo NSW, on breakfast, so he’s also seeing his fair share of day parts!

Before NT, Findlay was at triple j producing programs across Melbourne and Sydney including Good Nights, The Hook Up, and the Double J podcast Bang On, hosted by Myf Warhurst and Zan Rowe. He was also the Program Director of JOY 94.9 and co-authored the book Great Sexpectations in 2020.
