Hadley in the Money at 2CC

After another big ratings win yesterday Ray Hadley was ‘in the money’ this morning. No, not a pay rise. Hadley broadcast his show from Canberra’s Royal Australian Mint in front of a live audience. Hadley’s syndicated morning show is heard on Canberra’s 2CC.

Listeners and visitors to the Mint saw Hadley in action from a mobile studio at the Outside Broadcast. The Mint turns 45 this year and and the OB is part of the celebrations.

2CC personalities Mark Parton, Mike Welsh and Mike Frame were on hand with plenty of giveaways for the audience. Canberra Raiders CEO Don Furner and players Justin Carney and Joe Picker also made an appearance, along with former marathon runner Rob De Castella.

It’s been a big week for Hadley, another ratings win, finally got the Prime Minister on for an interview yesterday, and broadcasting from Canberra today. Hadley’s program has been broadcast in Canberra on 1206 2CC since the beginning of this year.
