For two weeks only.

After a four year ‘gap,’ Hamish & Andy are bringing The People’s Show back to drive time for two weeks starting next Monday 30 June – Pants Off Fridays included.

They’ll be filling in for the new regular Drive time hosts Dan and Maz who are going on a two week holiday.


Head of Today Network, Dave Cameron said, “Having Hamish and Andy as a ‘fill-in’ is like subbing in Tim Cahill for the Sunday kick-around.”
 
But there’s more to it than that. The boys’ return to the airwaves happens to coincide with the premiere of Hamish & Andy’s Gap Year South America which premiere’s on Channel Nine on Tuesday 1 July at 7.30pm.  

Hamish says, “Andy and I have always been huge fans of radio since the 1920’s and it will be exciting to give this bold new type of broadcasting a go!” 

Andy added, “The drive slot seems like the perfect fit for us. We did a sort of warm up show to this a few years ago, but now we’re ready to take it seriously. For two whole weeks”.
 
Today Network audiences will also have the chance to win a trip to party with Hamish & Andy in South America on Hamish & Andy’s The People’s Show, 4-6pm from Monday 30 June – Friday 11 July.
