Hit105.9 Central West leads it’s SCA stablemate Triple M Central West in the first Xtra Insights survey in Orange since August 2016 and the first survey since Star FM and 2GZ were rebadged.
 
The gap between the two stations has reduced significantly in the past three years with Hit105.9 shedding 3.6 to be at 28.9 and Triple M gaining 2.6 to now be just behind on 27.4

ABC Central West has 11.4 leading triple j  who improved slightly on 6.9
 
The breakfast programs reflect the overall station standings with Mike & Gia (Hit) on 30.1 while Neil Gill at Triple M is up to 25.6, though the cumes show the stations are even closer with 24,300 and 24,200 listeners respectively.
