HITZ FM Bundaberg turning 20

Shrugging off the recent floods, the staff at HITZ FM Bundaberg are getting ready to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the station. Launching on 29th March, 1993 at 6am with Mitch Braund the first jock on air. Add your memories to their facebook page.

The first song played was Starship’s We Built This City.

Now, as residents rebuild the city, the station has started a facebook page with heaps of photos, news paper articles, audio and such. Ex-staff members from  both on and off air can add their own photos as well.
