Inês Lopes Gonçalves is a Portuguese Radio and TV host who began her career as a journalist for Radio Renascença 17 years ago and later became a personality at Pubcaster Antena 3 where she is now co-Hosting the Morning Show.
 
Paul Robinson is an international media executive with extensive radio, television and digital experience, having successfully held senior executive positions at the BBC, The Walt Disney Company, and NBC Universal.

Ondřej Cikán Media Consultant & Program Director, FAJN radio, Czech Republic. 
For the last two years he has been working as a media consultant and program director of young Czech radio station FAJN radio. He is author of marketing texts and one of the first people to start recording podcasts in the Czech Republic. He studied media communication.
 
Cathinka Rondan, Head of Radio, NRK, Norway. 
Cathinka was appointed Head of Radio, NRK in September 2019. She has worked with radio for more than twenty years and came to the position from Head of Radio & Podcast at Rubicon, a production company where she started and built up their radio and podcast department the last four years.
 
Cathinka studied both theatre and law and has a Bachelor in Radio Journalism.
 
Teresa Fragoso, President Commission for Citizenship and Gender Equality – Portuguese Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Portugal. 
 
Ms Fragoso has been president of the Commission for Citizenship and Gender Equality (CIG) since August 2016, following a previous tenure in the same position in 2011–2012.
 
 
Steve Taylor, Creative Commercial Director, Bauer Media, UK. 
 
Steve Taylor began his radio career in 1986 as Promotions Manager for Invicta Radio, a station in Kent, and has held positions at The Metro Radio Group, Virgin Radio and the Australian Radio Network.
 
In 2005 Steve was approached to join Bauer Media and as Creative Commercial Director of their radio division, he works with commercial and programming teams generating ideas and inspiring clients to use radio.
 
He has also consulted for radio stations in Thailand, Ireland, India and South Africa. 
 
 
Jantien von Tol, Talent Coach, Talpa Network, The Netherlands. 
 
Jantien has worked as a DJ, chief editor, station manager and a project manager in her career in national radio broadcasting, and has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
 
In 2017, Jantien started the radio course for DJs, producers, editors and news readers at Talpa Network. Talpa Network has 4 national radio stations: 538, Radio 10, Veronica and Sky Radio.
 
 
Christel Higraff, Content Developer, NRK, Norway. 
 
Christel has been with NRK since 2009, and before that she worked with commercial radio stations in Bergen and Oslo. Her background ranges from presenter, producer, executive producer, presenter coach and content developer across all the NRK radio brands, and in particular P1.
She is a member of the Executive Committee of Radiodays Europe.
 
 
Ann Charles, Radio Production & Technology Consultant, Ann Charles Media, UK 
 
Ann is a radio producer-turned broadcast engineer who’s career has included 12 years at the BBC, teaching journalism in New Zealand and training broadcast engineers and producers in South Sudan.
 
She also travels the world as the workflow consultant for Broadcast Bionics and is one of the organisers of Radio TechCon, which is the UK radio/audio industry’s technical and engineering event, and presents ‘TechTuesdays’ for Sound Women Network. 
 
Gerlinde Jänicke, Radio Personality, Germany. 
 
Gerlinde is the most popular female radio personality in Berlin and Brandenburg. She has been broadcasting for 25 years, the last 5 hosting the morning show “Gerlinde Jänicke and friends“ on 94.3 rs2.
 
She is the winner of the German radio award.
 
 
Rune Born Schwartz, Innovations Manager, Bauer Media Denmark 
 
Rune is innovations manager at Bauer Media Denmark working on developing new audio solutions for clients including branded podcast.
 
His background is in programming as a producer, PD and strategist for many of the major Danish radio brands.  
 
Carla Pedret, Journalist & member of the digital media and innovation team, Catalunya Radio 
 
Carla is a journalist, and member of the digital media and innovation team at Catalunya Radio and has more than ten years of work experience in digital newsrooms leading multimedia projects.
 
In 2016, her investigative project on asylum claims in the UK won a Gorkana Award and was shortlisted for the Data Journalism Awards. She has also worked as a reporter and special correspondent.
 
Cilla Benkö, Director General and CEO, Swedish Radio, Sweden 
 
Cilla has been working for Swedish Radio for more than 20 years, 12 of which at the news department
 
She has also held the position as Deputy Director, Programme Production and became Deputy Director General 2009 and was appointed Director General in 2012.
