Hot Tomato loses some of its gloss and Sea FM is on the rise on the Gold Coast: GfK

Hot Tomato on the Gold Coast remains the pick of the bunch in the latest GfK survey for the area, the third for this year, despite some big gains by Sea FM.

Despite dropping 2.3 overall, Hot Tomato leads with 13.8, with Sea FM jumping by 4.1 and moving into second place with 11.9.

Triple M 92.5 has dropped to third with a loss of 0.9 to 10.5, followed by triple j on 9.0.

Most of Sea FM’s gains were in the under 39 demographics, helping them to make significant gains across all programs.

Bianca, Dan & Ben (Sea FM) gained 4.0 in breakfast, moving them into top place, ahead of Galey, Emily Jade & Christo (Hot Tomato) after they posted a loss of 2.1 for 12.1.

Mornings with Bella on Sea FM also made big gains, up 6.1 to 12.5.
