The Today Network’s Hot30 Countdown with Tim Lee and Biggzy is going to spend tonight teaching Bert Newton how to be a radio DJ. A tough job considering Bert has been spinning disks and presenting radio shows since before the Austereo night time duo were even born.

From 7pm, Friday December 4, Bert will be joining the show as a co-host where he will be remixing some of the biggest songs in the countdown and will take part in the Blind Fold DJ challenge.

Ignoring warning against hair replacement jokes, Biggzy told radioinfo:

“Fingers crossed, it will be hair raising fun.”

Tim says: “He’s been a broadcaster for a long time, so here’s hoping he doesn’t wig out on us.”

The Hot30 Countdown with Tim Lee and Biggzy is on between 7pm-10pm Weeknights.
