iHeartRadio Australia yesterday celebrated the best Aussie Anthems as voted by listeners with the annual iHeartAustralia countdown.
John Farnham, Men and Work, Icehouse, Cold Chisel and Yothu Yindi took out the Top 5 spots in the countdown, which featured a mix of classic Aussie hits and new favourites like Keith Urban and Sia in the Top 20.
Complied by listeners votes, the iHeartAustralia Countdown plays the top 100 Aussie tracks on January 26, providing the perfect soundtrack for barbecues, beach cricket and families celebrating Australia Day.
The iHeartAustralia station recorded a YOY increase in sessions of 85%.
And if you haven’t had your fix of Aussie hits, you can still listen to the iHeartAustralia pop-up station until the end of January 31.
