Imogen Johnston will join Hobart’s Hit100.9 new breakfast show, Dan & Christie as the Executive Producer.

 Johnston was at ABC Radio Hobart before walking through the doors at SCA Hobart and moves from her most recent role within the Brand & Promotions team.

Already familiar with the studio as she regularly fills in on-air for Hit100.9 and 107.3 Triple M as a casual announcer, she says, “I’m so excited to be a part of Hit100.9’s brand new brekkie team, Dan & Christie. They are two of the most genuine and kind humans I have met and have embraced me in this role with so much love and support!

“I can’t wait to be with Hobart as they wake up, creating great content and making the morning commute a little bit more fun! Radio has been a huge part of my life since I was little, and I’m still pinching myself over getting my dream job!”

SCA Content Director Hobart, Phil Bradley, says, “Imogen was a natural selection for us, she has been an amazing asset leading our Brand and Promotions team for the past six months. Imogen will now be an unstoppable force, bringing her producing experience, high energy, competitive enthusiasm, and fun approach to the Dan & Christie show.”

Johnston’s role is effective immediately.
