Jack McDonnell has been announced the new 4ZZZ Brisbane station manager, already well known at the station due to many years of volunteering and involvement.

McDonnell has previously worked as a producer, panel op and news reader for SEN, Macquarie Media, SCA, the ABC and Grant Broadcasters. He started volunteering in the 4ZZZ newsroom seven years ago, going on to assist with digital programs like Would You Like Facts With That? and Live Delay. He currently co-hosts Zedgeist on a Tuesday mornings.
