Australian producer Jeff Thomas has sold his Phantom Producer audio production business to American company GeminiXIII, a newly formed radio and podcast business.

Phantom Producer, an audio imaging service that includes web and mobile app user interfaces makes professional audio production fully mobile,  flexible and efficient, with audio production workparts across 14 formats. Phantom Producer lets audio producers get creative on the go and automatically syncs everything with their desktop account.

Jeff Thomas will continue to lead Phantom Producer as President.

The acquisition is part of Gemini XIII’s foundation assets, with the company also announcing the acquisition of  The Infinite Agency, a full-service digital advertising agency based in Dallas, Texas. The Infinite Agency, founded by Jonathan Ogle, creates the future of brands using data driven strategies, influencer marketing, modern video and audio production, social content creation, digital marketing, and creative thinking.

The acquisitions mark the launch of Gemini XIII “as the newest destination for premium audio content, production and marketing services for podcasters and radio stations.”

Leading Gemini XIII are American audio veterans Spencer Brown and Charles Steinhauer. Brown, who previously founded Cadence13 and Dial Global, will serve as Gemini XIII’s CEO and Steinhauer, who was formerly COO of Westwood One, will become Gemini XIII’s COO. Gemini XIII is based in New York, with offices in Dallas and Sydney, Australia.
