Jonesy & Amanda’s backyard jam charity EP with Icehouse

All proceeds will go to the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Icehouse and WSFM 101.7’sJonesy & Amanda announce the release of the first Backyard JAM” live recording.

On 25 September, Iva Davies and the band performed a 90-minute set for WSFM competition-winner Nicky Evans at her home in Baulkham Hills.

Iva Davies said, “It was such a great day at Nicky and Trent’s and we thank them for being such great hosts. The band had never done anything like that kind of performance in the past and we hadn’t played several of the songs in a stripped-back format so we were a bit nervous! The recordings turned out well and we thank Jonesy & Amanda and all at WSFM for joining with us to raise money for the Children’s Hospital as further way to celebrate our 40 Years Live.”

Amanda Keller said, “Backyard JAMs are all about bringing the best Aussie bands to our listeners – literally to their homes –  for a fun afternoon with their family and friends.  This Backyard JAM with ICEHOUSE was incredible and it’s great that anyone can now pick up a copy of the live recording and whilst also supporting the Sydney Children’s Hospital. Win, win!”

“The only thing I don’t like about Backyard JAMs is that we can’t invite every single one of our listeners to the party, but now you can buy the live recording and hear every single minute of Icehouse’s amazing set whenever you like. Problem solved! And you get to feel really good about yourself knowing the money you spent goes to help sick kids and their families,” Brendan ‘Jonesy’ Jones added.

Jonesy & Amanda’s Backyard JAM Presents ICEHOUSE is available now to download from iTunes and stream from Spotify and Apple Music from here.
