Shala heads to Hit 96.9 Shepparton for an on-air gig. 

After five years as panel operator on Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa, Josiah Shala joins Elly Chaney as co-host of Goulbourn Valley’s Hit Network breakfast show. 

“I’m incredibly grateful to SCA for the opportunity and can’t wait to get stuck in!” he said.
 
Chaney is also a former panel operator hailing from Perth, and has been hosting Hit 96.9’s breakfast show since February.
 
“I’m really excited to work with Josiah, but there’s no way I’m letting him near the desk!” jokes Elly. 
 
Elly and Josiah can be heard weekdays 6am-9am on The Goulburn Valley’s Hit 96.9 from June 21.
