Josiah Shala has been nominated for the Shepparton 2020 Young Citizen of the Year

Goulburn Valley’s Hit96.6 breakfast host Josiah Shala has been nominated by the Shepparton Australia Day Committee for the 2020 Young Citizen of the Year Award.

Josiah’s nomination comes from his commitment to community initiatives throughout the Goulburn Valley region, including his recent week sleeping on the streets to support BeyondHousing.
 
Nominee Josiah Shala said: “I am honoured to have received this nomination. I absolutely love working with our local community and I am genuinely blown away to be considered.”
 
The winner of the 2020 Young Citizen of the Year Award will be announced on Friday, 26 January in Shepparton.
