Over several weeks Mix 106.3 in Canberra’s Kristen & Nige have been playing a game of chance in their $20,000 Flip Ya for It . Two contestants chose either heads or tails and whoever picked correctly progressed to the next round. There were so consolation prizes if you picked wrong because Nige reckons they are ‘dumb’.

Also, as the game progressed, if a contestant ‘forgot’ or didn’t show up for their match, Kristen and Nige opened the phones for a wild card entrant. That apparently happened more than you’d think.

It all came down to this morning where the coin flip went to a whole new level at GIO Stadium. The venue was getting a week off anyway because of Magic Round and the Canberra Raiders having a bye.

And Justine Harry was the right tosser and scored herself $20,000! Lady luck shone this morning indeed.
