Late last year radioinfo covered the ongoing legal battle between Kiss FM in Melbourne and the ARN’s new KIIS FM in Sydney.

Today, ARN has released a statement confirming that the two stations have reached a mutual and confidential agreement and will both continue to broadcast under their respective names. No more information of the agreement is available at this point.
