Ahead of Kyle and Jackie O‘s launch into Melbourne ‘pretty soon’, KIIS 106.5‘s Jackie Henderson used her time in Victoria post the very exciting Men’s final of the Australian Open to gift some excitement to a Melbourne family too.

The breakfast duo did so by giving away Taylor Swift Eras Tour tickets to 9 year old Charlie and her mum Sam (pictured), who had been scammed  more than $1000 for four fake tickets.

When a KIIS FM staff member arrived at Sam’s house, handed her the phone and let Kyle and Jackie O share the news, she replied, “Are you kidding?” and broke down in tears before passing the phone to Charlie.

Kyle then said to Charlie:

“Guess what? We heard about Taylor Swift tickets and that your mum couldn’t get them, so we’re going to give you our tickets so you can go and see her for free!”

It appears that we also were a little excited earlier, thinking K&J had launched into Melbourne. According to ARN they’re still ‘coming soon’.
