The lawyer for Missouri radio host James Keown, accused of poisoning his wife by spiking her Gatorade with antifreeze, is saying Keown was “deeply in love” with his wife and has no idea how she was poisoned.

Attorney Adam A. Kretowicz said that Keown “absolutely denies that he had any involvement in her death. They were deeply in love with each other. He has no information as to how this occurred.”

Keown was arrested during a commercial break at the radio station where he works.
