Repeating last year’s world first broadcast in the Dinka language, the NEMBC’s multicultural AFL footy show will again call this weekend’s match in the Sudanese language.
Fiv Antoniou the Director of the Multicultural AFL Show has told radioinfo:
“The NEMBC is proud to be doing it again this Saturday. The live call will be between North Melbourne and the Adelaide Crows at the Marvel Stadium.
“The game will be called by Sudanese journalists and trained sport commentators Aguer Athian and Matoc Achol (pictured), starting at 7:25 pm Saturday 13 April, eastern standard time.”
Dinka speaking listeners can hear the game on the digital radio channel ZZZETHNIC or on the 3ZZZ community radio station’s website (click on the live stream link at the bottom of the page).
The live stream will start at 7:25pm Saturday.
