Austereo’s concert division will not continue with any more ‘M-One’ events after losing $4.9 million on the recently completed Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane series.

“Despite a great Australian and international lineup and strong audience support,the M-One model was unprofitable,” said Austereo CEO Peter Harvie.

Austereo’s Rumba concerts are profitable and are expected to continue. Rumba begins its tour in December.
