In a station event that involves The Weather Channel and Austar for Schools, 107.3 MAX FM in Taree will bring primary school students on the Mid North Coast, OZ WEATHER FOR KIDS.
MAX FM will broadcast the Breakfast Show with Craig Huth, “Diceman,” live from the Bushland Drive Racing Complex in Taree together with the Weather Channels Josh Holt broadcasting the Weather live around Australia on Austar and highlighting the Mid North Coast.
Displays by Austar for Schools, National Geographic and the Lifestyle Channel will combine to make for a fun and educational morning from 6 am on Friday August 7th.
The General Public as well as all the schools in the district have been invited to be part of this 5 hour presentation which will include, “weather permitting”, Skydivers, free breakfast and give-aways throughout the morning beamed live across Australia on the Weather Channel, plus one lucky student will be chosen to read the Weather LIVE on TV.
Already a number of schools in the district have confirmed they’ll be bringing more 500 kids between them to the event.
