There has been another departure from the KIIS 1065 and 101.1 breakfast team with Mayo, that is Jamiee Blazquez joining Kyle Sandilands‘ new show as executive producer.
That means that Kyle Sandilands Live has snaffled of his old Kyle and Jackie O team at KIIS, Dean Royston, Alfie Laguzza, Bruno Bouchet (the latter two had been working directly for Kyle anyway) and now Mayo. Mayo had worked with K&J for nine years.
Nat Penfold and Brooklyn Ross are still heard on KIIS Breakfast, Pete Deppeler has ‘graduated’ to The Christian O’Connell Show. All three congratulated Mayo on the news.
Yet to be announced is who Kyle’s news reader will be. Another thought is that if there’s news there may also be traffic from another old colleague of Kyle’s, Vic Lorusso at atn.
The social pages are launched, with 6000 followers already on Instagram. Subscription to the new show will cost $99 pa with the show’s launch date August 10.
