‘Intern Pete’ Deppeler has been working in radio for more than 20 years. When he rejoined Kyle & Jackie O at KIIS 1065 at the start of 2014 somehow the moniker stuck, despite having worked for a year with K&J at SCA in 2011. Now he officially graduates, and joins the GOLD Network, down the hallway, as part of The Christian O’Connell Show, broadcasting to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
Pete has been a familiar presence on red carpets, press junkets and city streets, interviewing listeners and some of the world’s biggest names including Will Smith, Angelina Jolie, Dolly Parton and members of the Royal Family.

Pete’s last day on KIIS Breakfast will be Friday May 22 and he debuts with The Christian O’Connell Show on Monday May 25.
