When Mitchell Coombs left his job as producer for Kyle & Jackie O, he decided one last prank was in order, this time on his replacement Jermaine D’Vauz.
 
So with a little help, Jermaine, who had already left Nova, was phoned and told Mitchell had decided to stay, and that the position was no longer avaialalbe.
