A heap of celebrity guests have joined Mix101.1 breakfast presenters Tracy Bartram and Tim Smith to help them celebrate their first birthday on-air at the Melbourne ARN station.

Eddie McGuire, Bert Newton, Peter Hitchener, Mal Waldon, Christie Malthouse and Helen Kapalos all dropped by for yesterday’s birthday party in the studio during the show.

A highlight of the occasion was a phone call congratulating the team from ARN’s Chief Executive Bob Longwell (known affectionately to the show as ‘Uncle Bob’) who, with tongue in cheek, praised Tracy and Tim for “being the longest serving breakfast show on Mix101.1.”
